Below youβll find detailed courier shipping rates divided by delivery zones.
Free shipping thresholds: Poland from 100 PLN, European Union from 300 EUR, United States from 350 USD, United Kingdom from 260 GBP. Cyprus and Malta are excluded - orders to these two destinations are always charged at the rates below, with no free shipping threshold.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Poland 1-2 business days, European Union 3-5 business days, United States and United Kingdom 5-7 business days, all other destinations 7-14 business days.
Duties and import taxes: orders to the United States and the United Kingdom are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so all duties and import taxes are included in the checkout price and nothing is collected on delivery. For other destinations outside the European Union, duties are set by local customs and paid by the recipient.

Returns, complaints and warranty
Three different rights, three different deadlines
- Changed your mind? 14 days. Return any item within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. You pay the return shipping; we refund the price and the standard delivery cost.
- Something wrong with the product? 2 years. If the goods are faulty or do not match what was agreed, you have two years from delivery to make a claim. We pay the shipping in that case.
- Our guarantee: 24 months. Granted on top of the two years above, never instead of them.
Changed your mind: 14-day return
Not completely satisfied? You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send us a clear statement, for example an email to contact@bison-gear.com, or use the return form below.
- Tell us within 14 days. Email us, or fill in the return form. Sending the statement before day 14 is enough; the goods can travel later.
- Pack the item. Include the completed form and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Secure packing prevents damage in transit.

You are entitled to handle and inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, exactly as you could in a shop. Test-fitting a rack or opening a drawer system does not cost you the right to return it. You are only liable for a reduction in value caused by handling that goes beyond that, and we tell you the amount and the reason before deducting anything.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until the goods reach us or until you show proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. There is never a fee for the refund. We handle returns within 2 business days of the parcel arriving.
Something is wrong with the product: 2 years
The 14 days above are for changing your mind. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or simply not what was agreed, you have a separate statutory right that lasts two years from delivery. Nothing on this page shortens it.
Email contact@bison-gear.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. A defect that shows up within two years of delivery is presumed to have been there at delivery, so you do not have to prove it was.
You can ask us to repair or replace the product. We do that free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, and we pay the shipping both ways. If we refuse, fail to fix it properly, or the fault is serious enough on its own, you can ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and get your money back.
We reply to every complaint within 14 days. Damage and defect cases are always handled by a person on our team, never automatically.
Commercial guarantee: 24 months
This guarantee is granted on top of the two-year statutory protection described above. It does not limit or replace it in any way.
