Great Panel !

I was unable to use any of the existing bolt holes in my Victory brand rack that would allow suitable alignment with the window. Ended up drilling the rack rail but am very happy with the install. I suggest adding lock washers to the panel side of the suction cup fastener in order to minimize vibration.
