Excellent fit, very usefull
Installed it and fitted it in . Perfectly sized as the bag for the safari windows fits snugly! Really love this roof shelf.
Today I installed the roof shelf, it’s made of excellent quality!
It is possible to use the OEM mesh net, but you have to use a position of the shelf, which allows only 4 fixing screws instead of six. But this doesn’t matter, everything is safely fixed enough.
Thanks again for your help and the perfect roof shelf. I will wait impatiently for further products.
The roof shelf and under shelves were delivered ahead of the estimated delivery date to the UK.
The shelves are extremely well made with the design and finish spot on. They go seamlessly with the existing Grenadier interior. Fitting was a doddle and took less than 10mins was incredibly straight forward. The shelves feel like the Grenadier does, robust and solid, and they fix to the existing fixing points solidly. I have the 2 seat utility version and would love to see more storage solutions for above the mud rear guards, in the area where the rear seats were removed (that's access through the rear side doors), variants on the under-shelf chair storage shelves, and even some vertical racking from Bison Gear, all built to the same exceptionally high standards. I would recommend their products and Bison Gear to any other Grenadier and 4x4 owners.
I am in the UK and this has just been delivered ( a day ahead of the original estimate), very well packaged. The product is really robustly engineered and nicely finished and whilst there are no instructions it is very easy to assemble. It fits inside the vehicle perfectly - you mount the side supports to the vehicle (4 bolts and spacers) and then the shelf (with the back 'wall' already attached) just sits perfectly on the supports ready to be bolted together; went in first time, no fiddling about at all. They have done a really good job in making this fit the Grenadier. It's absolutely fit for purpose and looks great too. If it's not already obvious, I am really pleased that I purchased this product!
